It is up to you to remember your Novell account password, but we understand when a password gets lost or is forgotten. The staff on the Academic Computing Help Desk can reset your Novell password.

If you are a student, bring a picture ID (your Titan card) to the Academic Computing Help Desk. If you are staff or faculty, you may bring an ID to the Help Desk or call 424-3020. If you call, be prepared to give additional information for identification.

The staff will reset your Novell password. Passwords are assigned randomly, so you will be given a new temporary password at that time.

Your new password is temporary. It will get you into your account, but it will prompt you to change it once you have logged in. Follow the instructions on the screen.

Remember: Your Novell password will expire after 180 days, but you may change it at any time.
