Microsoft Windows 2000 Hardware Requirements
A. Computer Name and Model
B. Processor speed - 400 MHz minimum
On most Computers you can find this as part of the Model number, usually located on right-side of desktop case or left-side of tower. For example:
DPEP P400, means this is a 400 Mhz processor
* Deskpro 2000, 4000, 6000 series will not meet these requirements.
C. Memory - 256 MB of RAM
Right-click on "My Computer"

Choose Properties
Select the General tab
RAM is listed towards the bottom of the window.
