What do I do when Titan Web and Titan Mail Connection Expires,Times Out or fails to authenicate?

  

Below is a list of suggested troubleshooting procedures:

1.      Clear cache (after each change made)

2.      Install critical security updates and patches for operating system.

3.      Clean spyware.

4.      Disable pop-up blockers.

5.      Confirm that local time is configured properly.

6.      Enable 1st and 3rd party cookies.

7.       Add https://titanadmin1.uwosh.edu and https://titanadmin2.uwosh.edu to trusted sites.

8.      Lower security and privacy level to medium.

9.      Lower and/or temporarily disable firewall and proxies.

10.  Under Date/Time Properties, third tab, checkmark: "Time Synchronize with Internet time server". (This is not an option for computers running our Novell Client)

11.  Under Date/Time Properties, checkmark: "Automatically Configure Time for Daylight Savings Time
