I need to reset my password for Titan mail, Titan Web, Novell, Web Server and Alumni E-mail. What is the correct procedure?

In order to fulfill your request for a password change or assistance, we please ask that you contact the help desk directly at (920)424-3020. This applies to all password requests for D2L, Titan Mail, TitanWeb, Alumni and Novell accounts.

We need to verify your personal information as a security measure, we will not reset passwords via e-mail.
