by Jerry Jacklin, Computer Lab Manager Beginning Spring 2001 a new facility will become available for use as a Computer Teaching Lab. There is a separate room within the new Halsey 101 Computer Lab complex that has 42 PC workstations along with one Instructor station - for teaching purposes. This Halsey 101 Lab will open on January 29, 2001. Currently, the following Computer Labs are available for reservation by faculty as a Teaching Lab:
To reserve Clow 238C (Pentium, 30 stations), Swart 229 (Macintosh, 30 stations), or Halsey 101 (Pentium, 42 stations) contact Debbie Busse or Sarah Schimke at the Registration office (Dempsey 130) by calling 424-4160. A Teaching Lab Reservation schedule will be posted on the door of the Teaching Labs. When a Computer Lab in use as a Teaching Lab, it will be unavailable for use as an Open Lab.
